Abstract
The aim of smart city is to manage the energy consumption, growing urbanization, maintain a green environment and improve the living standards of people living in city and economic. Now a days modern technology called information and communication technology (ICT) is playing a vital role in decision, policy design, ultimate and implementation service. In conjunction with the utilization of digital technologies the idea of the smart city is used, it at the same time depicts a reaction to the social, economic and political challenges that post-industrial societies. In this review machine learning algorithm are explained that show how smart city ICT can also improve lower healthcare cost for smart city residents and healthcare effectiveness. This paper gives a detailed survey of some recent techniques used for smart healthcare in smart city.
