Abstract
Modern robots are currently in worldwide utilization doing tasks all the more economically or with high precision and unwavering quality than people. They are additionally actualized for works which are excessively squalid or unsafe, making it impossible to be suitable for people. Robots are generally utilized as a part of assembling, material taking care of, transport, earth and space investigation, surgery, weaponry, lab research, and large scale manufacturing of customer and modern products.
The main objective of the project is to design and analyse multifunctional robot by using CATIA/PATRAN for 500 gm. payload. Virtual prototype of multifunctionalrobot is developed to simulate the system level working with live stress distribution, which is designed to lift a particular pay load. As virtual prototype replaces physicalprototype, tests can be carried out to validate the design of product. The project of Design and Analysis of multifunctional robot by using CATIA/PATRAN for 500gmpayload is divided into two parts. The first part of the project is about the projects proposal and the second part is about project implementation. Here it fully describes about the combination of both the parts. The design and analysis will rely heavily on design software, namely CATIA V5R19 and PATRAN for the analysis, simulation and animation of the grippers design. Once the result is obtained, we can decide whether this work is suitable for fabrication or not. The use of robot is highly recommended for Industries especially for safety and productivity reasons.
