Abstract
We always observe a periodical change in smart-phones with regards to every aspect, ranging from underlying architecture to the web based application support. Many apps related to e-commerce like flip-cart and amazon are encouraging users to migrate towards the web app rather than using the website itself. Whatsapp, Facebook, Gmail, etc. have become a basic necessity of every smart-phones. Since the exposure of smart phone towards web is now-a-days equivalent to that of desktop/laptop, the security concerns must also be equally followed. In this paper we present the general security concerns in mobile Operating Systems and the approach taken by Android, Firefox OS and iOS to overcome those.
