The plant is an R&D facility having features adaptable for diverse research and development activities in the area of crystalline and thin film silicon PV technologies. The plant, equipped with a number of safety features, has A view of the Process Area at ASSCP complete fabrication facility for large area (upto 1’ x 3’) a-Si thin film PV modules as well as mono and multi crystalline silicon solar cells and modules.
